Inspirational Video Of The Week #41: “12 Things to Think About When You’re Frustrated by LIFE”

Today’s inspirational video features a compilation of events that will make you think profoundly in the things of life that often times we take for granted.

I don’t want to go into the details of what’s in it, but if you feel like things are not going the way you want or you feel a little bit frustrated :-(, dissatisfied or angry with your life’s results, well… Let me tell you the good news :-).

After watching this video you will create awareness of your richness and how bless you are compare to other people who are less fortunate than you.

Now, dare to press play and watch this masterpiece…

Does it make any sense to go through life complaining about the circumstances, situations and events that impact our lives directly or indirectly?

I think that the main message of this video is to become aware of the precious things we already have in our life and be conscious and gracious about it.

Also, living in a state of thanksgiving will put our mind and spirit in a frequency of deep appreciation and gratitude. Perhaps Jack Canfield said it best, “When we are in a state of appreciation and gratitude we are in a state of abundance.”

My message to you is that from this point forward… Don’t take life for granted! Life is too short. Even things like having a place to live, something to eat, personal transportation like a car, being able to walk, see and be healthy. These are things worth appreciating a million $1,000,000 times everyday :D.

There is a great quote related to this topic of gratitude and appreciation that I wrote down a few months ago and think that encapsulate the essence of this video in a beautiful, simple and compelling way!

And here it is…

Be Grateful & Appreciative!

Be thankful for what you have, you’ll end up having more. If you concentrate on what you don’t have, you will never ever have enough.” ~Oprah Winfrey (Talk Show Host, Producer and Philanthropist)

Let’s start with what we can be thankful for and get our mind into that vibration and then let’s watch the good that start to come.

Hopefully this video inspired you to reflect in what you have instead of what you don’t have.

Now before you leave, I want you to do me a big favor Share with me in the comments section below which scene inspired YOU the most!
