Holy Toledoooo!! Today’s video is insanely motivational guys… What a great find before the last post to finish the year strong. There is no fluff in the tittle and the content is RICH. Believe me!

It has a very powerful speech that will electrify you with positive energy and will give you massive encouragement toward your dreams and goals. There are two guys in it doing some EPIC workouts that will let you with a WOW expression in your face 😀 Haha!

You will more than likely ask yourself like I did… How do they possibly can do that? And I think there is something related to the phrase, “If there’s a will there’s a WAY”. It must be something linked in! I don’t know, what do you think?

It’s absolutely amazing what they can do and it’s inspiring to see what we could potentially accomplish if we choose to play the game of life to the fullest potential. All it takes is to be disciplined, to work hard and to embrace our passions.

PS: If you are thinking about getting in shape, establishing a few healthy habits for the next year, reaching some big hairy audacious goalsgetting fire up for whatever reason or thriving in business and in life, you’ll truly love this masterpiece ;-).

One more thing before you click play… Keep in mind and always remember that “success is not a sprint, it’s a marathon.” We are all in this together!!

Here below are a few take away from the speech…

  • Nothing worth having in this world comes easy. Nothing great ever comes without sacrifice regardless of your talent.”
  • If there is no risk, there is NO reward.”
  • Those who are fearless!! Those who are willing to put it ALL on the line and risk everything they have for a cause, those are the ones who are rewarded with success.”
  • The people who are the BEST at their particular craft all took the risk for something they were passionate about. Successful people in this world all risked whatever they had to do something that they believed in.”

People often say that motivation doesn’t last. Well, neither does bathingthat’s why we recommend it daily.” Zig Ziglar (1926-2012)

No one could say it better than the master motivator and mentor Zig Ziglar, best selling author of “See You At The Top” and one of the best thought leaders in the area of human achievement. He passed away last week at the age of 86 after battling pneumonia.

Zig, a World War II veteran who grew up poor in Yazoo City, Mississippi, worked in a succession of sales companies early in life. As his sales skills grew so did his interest in motivational speaking. During speeches, his messages of hope, encouragement and faith showcased his way of life—forming the Ziglar Way.

I never saw him speaking live but I’ve seen many of his lectures in youtube ;-). Absolutely great stuff!! One of my favorite quotes from this amazing human being is… Expect the best. Prepare for the worst. Capitalize on what comes.” What a profound message, ah! It’s so powerful and empowering.

His life and message influenced millions of people around the world and he will certainly be remembered as a true legend in the personal development field and as a person who contributed massively toward the mission of helping people to create and live an extraordinary life :D.

If you don’t know who he is, don’t worry! This video will clearly showcase his uniqueness, charisma and wonderful personality. It’s loaded with some powerful lessons about money, attitude, philosophy, and mindset.

I hope by sharing this short clip to inspire you positively, definitely and absolutely to live the life you have always DREAM about!!

Now, without any further ado, let’s welcome Mr. Ziglar…

Joe Cross before and after juicing!

Joe Cross before and after juicing!

A few months ago I watched a wonderful documentary in Netflix called, “Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead”. It’s about this unhealthy and obese Australian (Joe Cross) guy who decided to go in a 60 days journey of… Drinking nothing else than, fruit and vegetable juice. Pretty amazing, right?

Here is an interesting fact from this movie that really captured my mind, “processed food don’t even have one tenth of the original nutrients that were in the food at the original state.” Doctor

The story of this guy shows how important is to eat fruits and vegetables!! And it also demonstrates how if we don’t eat right we could potentially end up with a serious bad health and drinking lots of medication :-(. I know for sure that I don’t want to follow this path and hopefully you are in the same boat with me!

The main reason why I’m writing this post today is because I just got a juicer a few days ago and it feels amazing to prepare and drink a glass of fresh juice in the morning. The good thing is that doesn’t take me more than a minute to make it. It’s an immediate energy booster. Believe me 😀 I highly recommend you to get one. It’s a great investment for your health.

At the end of the day, your “HEALTH EQUALS YOUR WEALTH.”

My fresh fruits and vegetables from the Santa Monica farmers market!

My fresh fruits and vegetables from the Santa Monica farmers market!

Here are my final thoughts in a nutshell… “Dare to embrace a healthy and clean lifestyle. Try to eat real food as much as you can. It will only help you feel more energize, vibrant and with more vitality. Go to your closest farmers market and support your body temple with high quality products.”

Remember,

Don’t go for skinny go for healthy.” (Testimonial from the movie)

“The best way to change the world is to change yourself.” Joe Cross (the main character of the documentary)

Now without any further ado, press play and watch this extended trailer. Lets this short clip inspire you to watch the full documentary and be part of this movement called, JUICING 😉

If you’ve seen this masterpiece go ahead and share in the comments section below what did you like the most.

A runner finishing strong!

Each life travels, at its own speed and carries its own meaning. When we would reach the end? None of us know, so we run on until our seasons come to a finish. And what matter is not only how we reach that line but WHY.”

Today inspirational video features a unique story of Jim Tracy, a running coach of the San Francisco University high school for almost two decades, winning 7 state championships and tied for most in California history. He use to ran 10 miles a day every day until he got a fatal neuro-degenerative condition that caused his muscles to shut down, impeding him from doing what he loves the most, running and climbing to the top. Not an easy challenge to handle, right?

Before the 2010 season began, against Tracy’s wishes the school officials told the team about his disease. The captain of the team started to cry. Everyone in the team was in shock and very sad 😦 Can you imagine for a moment watching your mentor, coach, dad/mom or someone you look up to, suffering from a disease that’s is so bad that doesn’t allow he/she from doing what he/she is most passionate about? It’s a tough call, ah!

On the bright side 😀 This is what the team did for Jim… They gathered in this inner circle and decided to support him by simply WINNING! They figured out why they want it to win and they were 100% committed to make it happen no matter what kind of challenge they face.

I truly love this story and I have a feeling you will love it too. It clearly shows what could potentially be accomplished when a team comes together with a strong mission and a burning desire. And it also encapsulates how having a strong reason toward a goal could help us go the extra mile and bring the best out of us: the persistence, the tenacity and the determination!

Now without any further ado, press play and watch this incredible story of success!!!

Enjoy 😉

Inspirational Video Of The Week #62: “Make It Count”

Inspirational Quote

Today’s inspirational video features another great commercial from Nike. And you know how they roll. It’s all about embracing a life of possibilities, adventure and living to the fullest.

This is what happened a few months ago… Nike asked filmmaker Casey Neisat to make a movie about what it means to #MakeItCount. Instead of making the movie in the studio as the traditional way of doing things, he decided to blow the entire budget traveling around the world with his friend Max. Not a bad idea, ah! They kept going until the money ran out. It took them 10 days. At the end, they documented their fabulous journey and what it really meant to #makeitcount.

It’s a really cool video because it shows us that life is short and that we should make it count at every moment. It also, highlights the fact that there are a lot of great things to see, experience and explore in this world.

Here below are a few powerful quotes from the video that are worth reviewing and living by it every single day 😉

Life is either daring adventure or nothing at all.” Helen Keller

You only live once but if you do it right, once is ENOUGH.” Mae West

Above all try something.” Franklin D. Roosevelt

I never worry about the future it comes soon enough.” Albert Einstein

One who makes no mistakes makes nothing at all.” Giacomo Casanova

Do one thing everyday that scares you.” Eleanor Roosevelt

In the end isn’t the years in your life that count, it’s the life in your years.” Abraham Lincoln

If I’d followed all the rules I’d never have gotten anywhere.” Marilyn Monroe

Action expresses priorities.” Gandhi

Enjoy and MAKE this DAY COUNT 😀

Cool Running Team

Do you feel like your self-image, self-esteem and self-confidence is low right at this moment? If that’s the case, you are here for a real treat. If isn’t, you will boost your energy levels to a new dimension after watching this video. It’s a promise!

Today’s inspirational video is funny and highly motivational. It’s one of my favorites scenes from the movie “Cool Running”. It’s all about the Jamaican national bobsled team’s debut in the bobsleigh competition of the 1988 Winter Olympics in Canada.

The reason I like this scene so much is because it shows us that we can change our negative belief and our physiology immediately, if we take charge of our self-talk. We gotta believe deep in our core that we are in this world to shine and to unfold our greatest potential.

At the end of the day, “is not about what other people see in you, is about what you see in you that will the determine if you succeed or fail. Don’t let your negative self-talk control your decisions, actions and most importantly your desire toward the fulfillment of a joyful and exciting life.”

Remember, you have greatness within you, you were born to shine, you are a champion, you are powerful and you deserve to achieve your highest goals and dreams. But nothing of this is true unless you firmly believe it yourself (this apply to myself too). Haha! We are in this together.

Now press play and let this short clip energize your mind, soul and body :D.

“It’s not who you are that holds you back, it’s who you think you are not.” Unknown

Today you will watch one of the most inspirational video I’ve ever seen, since I started with this blog series. Believe me 😉 It’s really emotional, encouraging and eye opening.

Let me ask you something… Have you ever felt a lot of fear toward something you would like to accomplish? Something that you will feel happy and proud if you achieve it, but your fear is so big that it keep you in a paralyze mode from taking action.  What I’m talking about here is being completely terrified. If you have experienced your hands sweeting and your body shaking I know you been through this.

Christopher Maloney remembered me a day when I was going with a friend, to do a business presentation in an unemployment center. You know what he did to me? He threw me a curve ball seconds before doing the presentation. He was the speaker that day and told the manager of the center that his friend, me, was going to do the presentation. You know how I felt right? My blood pressure started to increase dramatically and my hands got wet instantly.  I felt nervous and anxious. At that time I choose to step out of my comfort zone and accepted the challenge. I wasn’t scare of public speaking. I was scare to death about my ENGLISH! That happened a few months after I moved for the first time to the United States in 2008. Want to know the whole story? Click here to get access to a blog post I wrote about my journey of learning English. The principles I shared there could help you learn a new language in less than eight months. No fluff, just good stuff. Check it out!

Now, lets get back to Maloney’s story. Here you have a grown man scared to death and afraid of being in stage. He was told that… “he wasn’t good enough and that he’d embarrass himself if he got on that stage”.

You know what! People will tell you, you can’t do it, they will tell you that you don’t have what it takes, they will tell you, you will fail, they will tell you to play safe and they will tell you all the reasons why you will not make it. That’s all crap. Don’t believe everything they say. It’s a pure reflection of their fears and tribulations.

At the end of the day, it’s better and more productive if we associate with positive, energetic and enthusiastic people. Individuals who are striving to reach their maximum potential and are in the pursuit of their dreams and goals.

It’s our support group that’s going to make us succeed. We don’t want to be around people with low standards and a mediocre perspective of what can be done in life.

It’s simple… Let’s hang out with champions if we want to become a champion. Let’s make a decision to spend time with people who inspire and motivate us to follow our heart desires instead of running away from our DREAMS.

I hope Christopher Maloney’s fearless performance and my personal story encourage you to move forward even if you feel a tremendous fear toward what you want to accomplish. If we pull it off under extreme pressure I know you can do something spectacular too.

Enjoy 😀

This last Sunday a 43-year-old Austrian daredevil skydiver went on a mission never done before. Some people at the time might say this guy is crazy or out of his mind if he is going to do that. Do what Taso?

The mission… “To jump from a giant balloon at an altitude of 120,000 feet approximately and go faster than the speed of sound.” Simply scary and exhilarating! This is what I called a BIG Hairy Audacious Goal at the finest.

If you don’t have a clue of how high this jump was, let me put it on in perspective for you. Did you know that the average cruising altitude of a commercial airplane is about 30,000 feet? This jump was four times higher.

You must have courage, faith, a strong support team, a master plan and be well prepared to pull off something of this kind of magnitude. Well, it looks like everything went right according to the plan and to the Red Bull crew. And I’m a witness of that. I watched this historic event live from my computer while he was spinning in the air at supersonic speeds and trying to stabilize his body. It was quite amazing!

On October 14th, 2012, Felix Baumgartner broke the sound barrier reaching an estimated speed of 834mph, the highest manned-balloon flight record at 24 miles and became the man to jump from the highest altitude at 128,100 feet above earth.

Not only he accomplished some serious goals, but also he showed us that there is a world of endless possibilities and that barriers are meant to be broken (mentally of physically).

I think we should strive to challenge the status quo every day a little bit harder with the mentality of getting the most we can from our grandest potential. I believe we are capable of being, doing and having more.

Let’s start playing big and being more adventurous! Is it a deal? If so, press play and watch history being made 😀

Inspirational Video Of The Week #58: “Be Remarkable”

Today I’m going to share with you a video with a very insightful message and I will skip giving you an introduction for a good reason.

And for this reason I don’t want you to jump into any conclusions with my perspective or opinion.

Success is falling 9 times and getting up 10.” Jon Bon Jovi

Today I will be sharing with you the shortest video I’ve ever posted in the “Inspirational Video of The Week” blog series.

So far so good! Here we are with another tremendous week, another powerful video and moving strong and closer toward the accomplishment of our goals and dreams. Wuuuhuuu 😀

If you are here for the first time I welcome and encourage you to explore this blog. It’s loaded with awesome, motivating and encouraging content to help you live life to the fullest and to keep you energized in the progression of your ideal life and the fulfillment of your greatest potential.

Now, let’s get back to the real stuff!

Today’s video shows how we can go cruising through life, moving firmly to our destination, progressing, building great momentum and all of the sudden out of nowhere the “wind” kicks up (or any inexplicable challenge) and we are knocked down, going in a totally opposite direction, separated from our leader/mentor/coach/guide/trainer/ and even hurt 😦.

Things like these are going to happen as long as we continue to pursue our most fascinating goals. No one said it is going to be EASY! There are going to be bumps, adversity and pitfalls in the journey. That’s the real picture.

Learning to readjust, getting back up and keep going are things that we must implement when situations like this happen. It’s about bouncing back as soon as we hit the ground.’’

Another great point in this video is that it also demonstrates that even the strongest and most experienced leader could fall and have hard time going through life.

I hope this family of ducks encourages you to keep moving strong after any devastating event ;-).

Enjoy!
